I was honestly overwhelmed by the whole process and frustrated that whenever I would reach out to get a quote, I was met with such nasty and rude customer service (so nasty, so rude) but not with State Farm! When I called I initially spoke with Ana and then was referred to speak with Tyra G., Tyra took the time to walk me through the basics of auto insurance, explained what coverage is necessary, and broke down optional add-ons in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. I also have a few accidents on my driving record, but she was still able to help me find coverage with collision at a really great rate much better than what I was quoted from other companies that would only cover liability! Shout out to Tyra because her kindness and patience is something that is often rare to find when dealing with customer service reps these days.
